About MS Coaching

In MS Coaching the coach values ethics, quality and results in your coaching. MS Coaching lives by the ethical standards of ICC and EMCC and evaluates and document customer satisfaction and development on a, for the customer, voluntary basis. Measurement, analysis and recommendations for development in companies can also be provided.

MS Coaching collaborate with people after a value based, holistic and systemic approach. Each person is unique and has or can create the resources to reach ambitious goals.

MS Coaching supports the process of: Finding and pinning down the most important goals, finding opportunities, overcoming obstacles and creating motivation within your current job or support you in creating the opportunity to obtain the position you wish to hold in the future.

Coaching

The coaching is built on a voluntary equal relationship between the coach and the coachee.

The collaboration is based on goals, values and opportunities and based primary on exploring the present and possible future scenarios in order to develop awareness to choose and design the future wanted by the coachee.

This involves achieving important goals and living the true values along the way in optimizing the present and designing the wanted future
